A DIY Elegance Wedding Toronto, Ontario

By Today's Bride on November, 24 2010

Christina and Tyler expected rain on their wedding day, so they equipped the entire wedding party with an array of umbrellas. The photos taken with the umbrellas turned out to be some of their favourite shots. They walked as a group to St. Michael’s Cathedral for the ceremony.

It was a family affair with guests dining, dancing and drinking signature cocktails at The Carlu, a stunning, historical Toronto venue. Guests received boxes of ‘Nonno Maria’s famous homemade biscotti’, lovingly made by the bride’s grandmother. The cake was created by Tyler’s mother, and Christina’s mother hand-beaded all the detail on her daughter’s gown.
